Carzoos being named “World’s Most Innovative Business” at the International Business Awards in Barcelona thrilled me more than any personal award. It followed 18 months of us working with the leadership team of AP Eagers, to totally reinvent the used car experience. Research revealed 75 FEAR points people had with used cars. We worked on building the business model that made used car buying and selling FEARLESS; we built the tech that powered it, the website, the brand, the design for stores that opened inside shopping centres, the car care product design, the staff uniforms, the training manuals, of course the ads - everything down to the warranty book inside the glovebox. Carzoos was a great reminder that you are only a phone call away from the most satisfying project of your career.
