Screamin’ Veemis

Screamin’ Veemis (named after a super popular Vietnamese motorbike) was a Vietnamese fusion restaurant famous for its Katsu Banh Mi. After many years of creating food concepts for clients, we thought we better make one for ourselves. After all, how hard can it be. Turns out, REALLY HARD. But what I learned about not only creating the concept but running the business as well has made me far, far better at my job.
